We advise booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for typical weekends, and 6+ weeks for busy periods such as New Year’s Eve, Spring Break, or large Sarasota functions.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, most of our rentals require a 2-3 hour minimum, depending on the event and venue.
What if our party size is larger than anticipated?
Let us know as soon as possible! We’ll check availability for a larger vehicle or add additional transport if needed.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
If for any reason Prime Time Party Bus can not provide the requested Vehicle in the Service Agreement, Customer is eligible for a full refund.
